The following is a global message of Peace and Love from Ascended Master Kuthumi. It is my experience that many Divine Beings are present, lovingly available to us, and assisting us to awaken more fully to our Spiritual Essence, to our Awakened Humanity.
I sense that when Kuthumi speaks to "my" and 'me" below, he speaks at once to each of us individually and to all of us collectively. I AM, ONE.

Light within, Light without

The human experience has known much about itself in past times.

Grounded in present time, full of Light
Awaken children, the time is now.
Be free, be Light, be Love
For that is truly who you are
Blessed Beings of Light, We Are All That Is
And so are you.
Be free in your breath,
Express yourselves genuinely;
Channel your highest Spirit
For that is what stirs within you now.
The chains of the heart have been tethered in forgetfulness.
Awaken and arise to your truest glory, Blessed Beings of Light.
Ascend to new plateaus through the awakening of your higher senses.
